Massive increase in train/ship traffic when attempting to reduce #1

Set base traffic to 0 Set fine adjustment to +50% Set multiplier to 1 Let sim run for ~30 minutes

Expected result: 50% reduction in dummy traffic Observed result: Train tracks and ship lanes totally clogged with dummy traffic

I also had this observation! Would it be possible to increase car traffic, but without changing trains and ships?

hi, first of all, thanks for this mod so we can adjust this kind of traffic. my city is supposed to almost not having outside traffic so this mod have total sense to me. as the OA said, something happen with trains, ships and also airplanes when the mod is activated My airport stopping working and the airplanes are stuck in the outside connections at the same time ton of planes from other cities spawns from them.

Same issue here with cargo trains. They are clogging up the lines.
