Cleanup and specify the use of labels #15

Some labels are slightly overlapping or ambiguous, such as build process, release and ci.

The label architecture might be too broad.

Ideally it is clarified when and how labels should be used.

I'm going to close this for now, given that it's sort of moot. Some more time will show which labels are useful.
