test.pl using deprecated methods on 2.3.4 #549

What device(s) are you experiencing the problem on?
Nexus s
What firmware version are you running on the device?
Grj22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open sl4a with perl interpreter installed
2. Execute the provided test.pl script

Expect various test messages and output. Along 
with those, see these deprecated method
notifications:

ReceiveEvent is deprecated.  Please use eventPoll instead. 
StartSensing is deprecated. Please use 
startSensingTimed or startSensingT...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sl4a r4. Perl for android r1.
Android 2.3.4.
