Dear Sir:

I am currently working for the Grand Traverse Bay Underwater Preserve, an all 
volunteer organization located in Traverse City, Michigan.  We are adding our 
cultural resources to Google Maps.  As our resources include shipwrecks, would 
you be willing to create a placemark based on the attached picture?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your positive feedback!  I know this is an old request, but it's a 
good one, and it's great that you provided a template as well, so I will make 
it very soon.  We on the project have been quite busy with other things the 
last year...  :-)
