Unclear which year is valid year for generate-report #10

Steps to reproduce: Key in "generate-report m/JUN y/0000"

The user should know which years are valid years to enter.

Team's Response

A valid year will from 0001 to the current year 2024. One can argue that the year zero has never existed, as many historians have agreed with, so we feel technically it is not a valid issue. Source: https://grantpiperwriting.medium.com/is-there-a-year-zero-a1c94bd2a054

Reason for disagreement: My qualm is with the users not knowing the valid years when they should, that they should see "A valid year will from 0001 to the current year 2024" when I input an invalid year, and not whether 0000 should be a valid year.
