Misuse of angle brackets #19

Do consider labeling properly. Double angle brackets are for classes e.g. << class >> and not for 'create'.

Reason for disagreement: The angle brackets are not supposed to be inside in the first place, I am not sure why the team labeled this as "software limitations" since the onus is on them to check and remove it.
