Unable to change inactivity timer on the app #4

Steps to reproduce. Login in to the app. Leave it inactive for 3 minutes

It is very disruptive to the user to have the app logout after 3 minutes of inactivity. Should the user want to user the app a tad while after 3 minutes, he or she has to login again. The timer should be be allowed to be customised to address the issue.

Team's Response

The ability to customise the timer can be added in a future release. However, I do not think that this should be considered a bug as it is working as intended.

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: 1. Adding a timer itself is very disruptive, and the user should be able to change it (especially during PE)

  1. Given that there were no visuals involved (no countdown timer etc), this should be an easy feature to implement.
  2. Even if it is working as intended, it is considered a bug as it hinders usability of the app. (that is why it is a feature flaw and not a functionality bug).

For the above reasons I disagree with that it is "not in scope".
