Syntax error on checking orphans

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as admin
2.Menu Files / Find Orphan Files
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Updated from r412 to r514

Expected to goto orphan page.
but got

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in 
/home/default/selpay.ssl-01.com/user/htdocs/selpayclientfiles/upload-import-orph
ans.php on line 113

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r514 server Linux client Windows 7

I uploaded a file which worked OK and the file has been properly uploaded to 
the server. I did not allocate the file to a client.
Find orphans produced the error.
