Atom Deprecation #2

This theme, like a boat load others, is now deprecated. Here's the message:

Starting from Atom v1.13.0, the contents of atom-text-editor elements are no longer encapsulated within a shadow DOM boundary.

Atom has caught me with this sort of thing in the past, alas.

Pull request #3 has been created to fix the current depreciation. Hopefully @dexteryy sees it, and allows it through!
