[FEATURE] Add infor about fastrack in Recent updated panel and table in Dashboard #123

What will you like to see on Dextools?

We can add a message near the table of recent updated tokens and also in the panel in dashboard to promote social updating. Possibley more project will be interested in updating the data to appear there.

Why is this a good adding to Dextools?

We provide more visibility to the tokens, so will be good to let the users know about this possibility.
