There isnt an exact list of steps to reproduce but it does follow the same trend every time that involves a buy or sell that is a tiny fragment (far into the decimals). This causes the price to jump really far up or down (like 50-100% price impact). It happens on all chains and has been an issues since i can remember (probably 1-2 years). Also causes all price alerts to go off as if it was a real price change.
