Recursive RPF defragmentation #221

I didn't find better way to detect is RpfFileEntry child rpf, so sorry.

Can we remove the "fix encryption" thing? Obviously that will just break unless you've manually done work to get the keys etc. And I don't really want to support creating NG encryption anyway. Also it seems out of scope and/or irrelevant to the defragmentation function.

Yes, sure. Just implemented it for my own comfort.
