Missing search engine favicons #142

Search engines that get added to Fauxbar -- if their history entries are 
deleted from Chrome, their favicons get deleted.

Will add a button that lets Fauxbar open each search page URL in a new window, 
so that Chrome can retrieve their favicons again.

Fixed/added in v1.4.0

(added button under Fauxbar's Options > Search Engines)
