Switch to Tab should be highlighted and moved up

I think the cause of issue #150 is that Fauxbar doesn't prioritize Switch to 
Tab. I think it should...

1. The "recency" of an already opened tab is theoretically higher than that of 
any page in history
2. It's likely that far fewer tabs match the query, than pages in history or 
search engine suggestions, so they aren't likely to clutter the suggestions

"Switch to tab" should also be highlighted, to distinguish it from the other 
results. Or maybe not if it's moved to the top of the suggestions box.
