Project should be added to some kind of maven repository for all those
happy Maven users

A pom.xml file would also be a useful addition to the source tree.

Great :)

it works , i have updated THE snapshot without any efford.

There is one thing however, it appears that after à deploy is 
done, 
subversion keeps receiving commits

Could you paste the log output during mvn deploy - the bit that contains the 
commit(s) 
you're referring to?
