Replicate filtering and IP support #7

Added support for differentiating between immunoprecipitation samples and whole cell extract samples

Also added threshold value to main function call for volcano plot that allows processing of data with different replicate stringencies e.g. 3/4 replicates is now possible.

Tested and compared with data manually processed by Angelique - results appear to be exactly the same!
