I've the same Issue with same Version and same Device.
Additional to the Post below I see the clock Symbol after every Reboot. Then I
get a Message, that a Process isn't working and the Device is rebooting after
~5 sec.

I'm often hit with the same problem of infinite reboot loop. It happened on the
stock firmware too though. If I remember correctly, I did try to disable wifi
to prevent that, but I think it still happened.
I can't pin point what is the cause of this. It often happens after a walk and
I sit down in a metro for example. I'm not sure it would be caused by a known
wifi detection while on sleep...

Apparantly its fixed in the 2.3.81 version, so indeed a stock rom issue.
To prevent this from happening I just choose shutdown now and no auto reboots.

I've been experiencing the same problem for a long time now - beginning with
the factory firmware (version 2.3.26), the rooted 2.3.26 firmware, and now Uruk
Droid 1.0. The reboot loop starts a few second after the device goes into the
sleep mode, either by itself or with me short-pushing the power button. If I'm
not mistaken, this happens even when not in range with any wi-fi networks.

Having the same issue. Only occurs with wifi. Did not occur over the stock
firmware for me. Seems to only occur with some wifi networks (doesn't occur
with my home wifi network, but does occur with any mobile hotspot being
generated by a cell phone). Uruk 1.0 per the issue. When popup for system
unresponsive if tapping "wait" immediate boot to Uruk screen occurs. If
selecting "force close" get about 30-45 seconds of use before device powers off
and boots to "Archos entertainment your way" screen.

Don't know if it is the wifi (it seems to be the case, but not sure), but I
also get this infinite reboot problem, and like #6 the device is really hot.
