FTDI USB/serial driver #61

1. Describe feature
It would be great to have beside the  prolific driver (pl2303.ko) also the FTDI 
(ftdi_sio) driver for connecting serial devices to the Archos. This would cover 
a much larger series of devices, especially custom ones, for robotics, for 
example.

2. Show it in other system/ROMs
Any linux distribution

It's quite easy for me to add this module - but if it will work without more 
software... Anyway It should appear in next (next to 1.5 which is close now) 
release.
