Will not boot with sdcard in

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boots fine without sdcard in
2.With SDcard in - Archos screen appears then UD urukdroid screen starts 
loading and switching to rootfs boot and then at the top of the screen I get 
Urukdroid loading - init. and then screen goes blank. Without the sdcard it 
does all this and then goes to the loading screen and all is good. It allows me 
to put the sdcard in. 

Did previous version of UrukDroid did it right? Does it work on Archos
default OS correctly?
I have previously had 1.0 on but i uninstalled it and have been using the 
archos 101 as normal for the last few weeks. I decided today to install 1.5 and 
put the data partition on the archos internal storage rather than the sdcard. 
Previously on 1.0 it was on the sdcard.

What version of UrukDroid are you using? What version of Archos device?
Urukdroid 1.5 - archos 101 16gb

Please provide any additional information below.

This is because you have still more then one partition on sdcard (and Uruk 
loader prefers sdcard booting then internal)
1. Wipe other partition on sdcard (if you don't need uruk on sdcard any more)
2. Remove card during boot process, insert it later (after "Rootfs: init" shows 
up)
