Significantly lower graphics performance #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean fresh install of UrukDroid 1.6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Graphics performance is significantly lower than in 1.5.1, both in interface 
effects and in games such as Angry Birds

Did previous version of UrukDroid did it right? Does it work on Archos
default OS correctly?
UD 1.5.1 - all ok, Archos 2.4.81 - not ok.

What version of UrukDroid are you using? What version of Archos device?
Archos 70 IT

Please provide any additional information below.

Make sure after reinstall in settings/about device/powermanagement setting is 
on overdrive.makes a little difference.  I also notice it is somewhat slower! 
Browsing is fast though.

The problem has appeared with the 2.4.19 firmware and its changes about the gpu 
clock.
It's a huge regression, try out "speedx 3d" to see how fps has decreased with 
2.4.19 fw and above !
I hope urukdroid team will solve that problem ! :)
