What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PDF Toolkit on Alfresco 4.1.6
2. Upload file form-e-eng.pdf to a site.
3. Run doclib action "Split PDF"
4. Download form-e-eng_pg12.pdf and open in Adobe Reader XI v11.0.5
5. Click on form field and enter data.
6. Click on a different form field, data from first field disappears.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Data in form field should persist (and be savable), instead form data
disappears when losing focus.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Alfresco PDF Toolkit 1.1.1 Beta 1 on Ubuntu Linux 13.10 64-bit, Alfresco 4.1.6.
Adobe Reader on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

Compare form-e-eng_pg12.pdf (492KB) with form-e-eng.12.pdf (94KB, produced by
www.splitpdf.com) which works correctly. Note the 5x size difference, and that
the split page is bigger than the original doc (422KB). Note that saving
form-e-eng_pg12.pdf in Adobe Reader first (leaving a 97KB doc), then closing
and re-opening the document enables form data as expected.
