df_base Gromas Mines allow backtracking in the facility until the charge is planted #16

When you reach the reactor in Gromas Mines the player gets trapped by an elevator that won't return upward until they have planted the charge and defeated the Phase 1 Dark Trooper. It would be nice if the player could backtrack and possibly find the secrets or some health/ammo before the fight.

--edit-- There is another place in the facility where you cannot return (just after the secrets). Adding a path to backtrack here would be nice.

Backtracking has now been enabled for the whole facility until the charge has been planted. An alcove in the facility has been turned into a stairwell to take the player back up to a higher platform. As a bonus, the exterior elevator that disables when you plant the charge will display a "Locked" message and audible sound, indicating it can no longer be lowered.
