df_custom Dark Tide 3 The Clone Network, killing the clones doesn't complete mission #2

Description: In the mission "The Clone Network", even though you kill all seven red clones the switch to activate the R2 unit says that the clone network still needs to be disabled and the mission cannot be completed.

Steps to reproduce:

Kill the red drones
Try activate the R2 unit
(optionally) Cry

The mission complete elevator was not incrementing correctly because of the mismatch in stop numbers.
