Floor S2, sector 306 ("convey15")
If the player goes into the alcove to get the health and shield items (sector 308) and the elevator goes down, he has to drop a height of 50 units to get back on to the conveyor belt. This causes a huge amount of health damage. There is no way to bring the elevator back up from inside the alcove.
There is also a lot of terrible texture stitching in this area
