UHSDR can now display frequencies upto 99 GHz. This can be used for
transverters e.g. for QO100
Added separate transverter tx offset capability.
This makes it possible to control rx and tx transverters with different
frequency bands and have the correct frequency displayed. RX/TX offsets are limited to max 20 Ghz.
Fully backward compatible, i.e. no need to change any settings unless you want to have separate offsets for tx and rx.
Tested on 240x320 and 320x480 displays.
The secondary frequency display now always shows the real frequency generated by the TRX.
