Trying to transmit out of band generate error "Adjust TX Power for band" #1876

With firmware 2.11.89 it is not possible to transmit out of band (nor the advertised 50 mW). The error message "PA TX Power Factor is 0, Adjust TX Power for band" appears and no RF is generated. The PA TX Power Factor is set for all bands in the menu.
