Dimming Settings not saved #1880

FW version: D2.11.87 Bootloader version: 5.0.1

Hardware: Clone

Describe the issue: Display dimming settings are not saved to EEPROM. After a restart I always find myself lowering the dimming settings. While not mission critical, clearly a nice enhancement to add while attending to saving the region x band settings as per #1859.
