Thank You Johannes for the information. The amphenol headers (I found) are only for crimping/wiring cables. You need a special crimping tool or you have to crimp with a 2mm bus-cable, so you will have the problem on the 2.5mm side(yes, this is more easier...). This was also my first solution, but it was a little unstable.
This was the reason because I developed the print-layout. Soldering two headers is very quick easy. The disadvantage: -you will have to check the markers on the board. -the 2.0mm connector ist a little bit to large for the header.
I will check the website. Perhabs they have the right connector for the printed board.
in my use case, the cable are used for a thethers PC connection, so I did not want a PCB. The connector for the flat cable can be crimped using a pair of pliers and i soldered the crimp connectors as well as i had no matching crimping tool on hand, which has worked fine so far. There might be a PCB-mount connecto in the product lineup as well
Take a look at my implementation (unfortunately not translated to english yet) at https://sondehunt.de/rs41-pc-kabel
The connectors the will fit RS41 are https://www.amphenol-icc.com/minitek-89947710slf.html https://www.amphenol-icc.com/minitek-90311010lf.html https://www.amphenol-icc.com/minitek-77138101lf.html
all are available free of charge as samples from amphenol, they where also quite generous with the amount of crimp connectors they sent me, but don't overdo things
