Croatian translation #3

Based on strings present in 1.0.7

Some of the stuff is still not ideal. I've tried to use terms/translations which are used in the "official" Croatian WP package where possible (and those are kind of sucky too, but I digress...)

I'd suggest leaving the PR open for now, I'll try pinging some .hr WP buddies in the days to come to get their input on some of the strings.

Still haven't gotten any actionable feedback. Will keep trying. Might as well merge it, it's easy to update if/when needed later.
