Need PyAV 0.4.0.dev0. The version has no Binaries now, must build from source. Version 0.3.3 can not work. See http://mikeboers.github.io/PyAV/installation.html

Looks good! I'm slightly reticent to include the PyAV dependency in the longer term but this is very cool, thanks for spending time on it!
