McCulloh2010 paper not correctly specifying site details #224

This seems to be because dataMatchColumns.csv is not linking collection.sites to location.

I've submitted a pull request that fixes this issue and the speciesMatch definition in issue #223. I was unable to think of a nice way to fix the definition issue with studyName.
