Fix ToolTipArea #45

Works around odd Plasma 6 behavior that causes ToolTipAreas to not work properly when preferredRepresentation is set to compactRepresentation

Is this worth an immediate release? Or should we wait?

Worth it IMO. Seems like even some of KDE's own Plasmoids had to move to fullRepresentation: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/blob/master/applets/trash/package/contents/ui/main.qml?ref_type=heads#L93
