better opus presets #56

Opus is very good and the bitrates in the current presets are too high.

As you can read here: https://wiki.xiph.org/Opus_Recommended_Settings

"Opus at 128 KB/s (VBR) is pretty much transparent."

So I lowered the bitrates.
