Using soundKonverter 3.01, encoding a file to Opus always results in a 48 kHz output file even if I’m explicitly setting 44,1 kHz. It makes no difference if I choose Opus Tools or FFmpeg as encoder.
Edit: Sorry, not your fault, 48 kHz are hardcoded in Opus so far. But maybe don’t let users define the sample rate then?
