Updated README #17

I've made some minor changes to README and .travis.yml.

@dfdx build status is unknown so you probably need to allow to build pushed branches and pull requests in the Travis settings.

Travis has never been activated for Kafka.jl since there's no real tests. And there's no real tests since it's unclear what's the proper way to test a package against Kafka server (I was thinking about Docker, but didn't have time to figure out exact steps). But let's make the first step and activate Travis :)
