CuArrays has been deprecated #17

... and moved to CUDA....

Thanks for letting me know! I was monitoring news from JuliaGPU, but didn't know if CUDA.jl is ready for general use. So I'll update the deps on the next dev round on Lilith (which usually happens every 1-2 weeks).
