Start a Documenter based doc system #46

Convert docs to Documenter. Lots more can (and will) be written of course, but this is a start, and should be mergeable.

The docs are currently hosted on https://aviks.github.io/Spark.jl/

If you can create an empty branch on this repo called gh-pages, then I can do a PR with the generated output.
