Added more detailed info/diagrams to show process of adding external users for both PRA and contributor access on EES

I believe in other embedded stuff we remove the frame thing before embedding it (i.e. the hex diagram) - it's a setting in the site before you get the embed code :)

The bar around the top still appears on hover, is that intentional? image
