Overview of changes

Add a diagram of statistics publication pipelines before vs after ADA. Proposing to add this to the ADA section but link to it from the RAP for statistics page as well (in a new section with it's own heading).

Why are these changes being made?

To help analysts understand how moving to ADA might affect them.

I think this is all accurate. Will definitely be worth expanding on the syntactical differences between SQL Server and spark SQL when we're a bit more familiar with them as I think that will produce the bulk of an analysts work when transferring across.

Being a little bit nitpicky (sorry), the white text on the blue background doesn't quite meet the threshold for the accessibility contrast ratio required. I think a slightly darker blue would fix that issue 😄
