Added a how-to-update-your-dashboard section #26

Overview of changes

I've added some quick bullet points on what I'd expect a team to need to do as part of updating their dashboard with new data (but also potentially just functionality updates as well)

Why are these changes being made?

Right now, I don't think we clearly tell analysts what the procedure is!

If not already aware, consider any crossover between this existing section? https://dfe-analytical-services.github.io/analysts-guide/writing-visualising/dashboards.html#updating-data-in-a-dashboard

That is a very good point, I'd forgotten that was already there (sorry!) and I could have just extended that rather than writing the new stuff. Although I think there's kind of value in both as yours is a bit more of a how to and mine is a bit more of a things you should be doing. I've kept both, but labelled them up a bit differently and moved them around a bit. That last bit kind of snowballed and I've also ended up re-organised the whole document as I think it was starting to get confusing how everything was structured.
