read_sql_script doesnt work well with unicode #39

Background

Issue around how read_sql_script/ underlying readLines is interpretting unicode scripts. They either fail to load in or have not been decoded.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Save sql script as unicode
  2. Try and load in
