Various png's not rendering #2

Background

A number of png's are not rendering in published bookdown. I am pretty sure this is down to travis builds being on linux which is case sensitive.

Steps to take

  1. Identify all of the images not rendering
  2. Change to match case of file exactly (Might be worth doing this on sherlock/ other linux based system for testing?).
