Train the trainer

I think we have four audiences:

• people dipping in
• people who want to go through the whole thing themselves in their own time
• people who want to be taught
• people who want to do the teaching

I think the latter will benefit from a very short chapter on the best practices we've picked up from having run a bunch of sessions now. Any other thoughts on what to include? For example:

• room arrangement
• communicating with participants ahead of the day
• roles for trainers (lead/troubleshooter)
• establishing what people want from the session
