Make tidyr() requirement clearer #16

In R course a few people struggling to run drop_na() function because they didn't realise it came from tidyr - in the PDF, drop_na() is mentioned before tidyr so maybe mention tidyr first (or have a list of packages to install right at the start and describe what each is needed for??)
