Create Initial Incident Crashes, Missing Assignments Folder #3

Having the same issue; Can't figure it out in the script myself with just a quick look over.

I work with Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Search and Rescue and am pretty interested in integrating this tool; Would love to make sure it's working and even help with continued development if you're up for collaboration.
