Hi there,

wondering if it can be applied to an assembly with more than 2 alleles at some genome regions? We have an assembly generated from 2 individuals and want to clean up for a haplotyped assembly. Can we use purge_dups?

Hey Chen, sorry, purge_dups does not support more than 2 allelic sequence purging. Best, Dengfeng.
