Unified Diagnostic Services support!

• UDSMessage base class for all service requests & responses
  • Use fromMessageData() or fromSID() to automatically generate subclass instance
• Requests & responses broken out into separate classes, e.g.:
  • DiagnosticSessionControlRequest class
  • DiagnosticSessionControlResponse class
