chore: trying to fix github actions build now that wallet js depends on `ic:canisters/*` #27

This makes the build pass, but obviously it's insufficient because the scope provided to sendAuthenticationRequest doesn't contain any caniters. And if it does, the build will break at in wallet/build.sh
