[BUG] - default dfx version doesnt change automatically after uninstalled #88

I installed v.0.21.0 of dfx and uninstall the current default version (v0.22.0), after that when I try to use dfx that gave error. I think if no installation of default dfxvm, dfxvm should use the most latest installed version.
