Can't update replica (to Enable WebAssembly SIMD support) in local #3754

I hope that dfx can support SIMD and need to update the replica to the latest version. I tried updating the replica locally but encountered a 403 permission issue.

I tried the following:

./scripts/update-replica.sh 2c4566b7b7af453167785504ba3c563e09f38504

I look forward to dfx updating it soon as I urgently need to test SIMD-related features.
